Call for Nominations
For Terms of Office beginning 7/1/2010
Board of Directors (up to 5 directors, in addition to the positions listed below)
President (is also a member of the Board of Directors)
Vice President (is also a member of the Board of Directors)
Secretary (is also a member of the Board of Directors)
Treasurer (is also a member of the Board of Directors)
The CFA Society of Nevada consists of up to 9 Board Members, which includes the officer postions listed. Any Regular or Affiliate member in good standing is eligible to serve on the Board.
Instructions
The Bylaws of the CFA Society of Nevada call for election of the Board of Directors and the four officers listed above. Please provide your nominations for the above listed positions by March 31, 2010. Please respond to this email with your nomination or call Tim Howald, 702 672 5901. You may nominate up to nine individuals. A nomination for an officer position is an automatic nomination to the Board of Directors.
Ballots for election will go out Mid April. Announcement of the election results and installation of the new board members will occur at the Annual Meeting to be held on May 13, 2010. Location and Time to be announced.
Before being put forward for election, nominees will be contacted to ascertain their willingness to serve.
